Comprehensive Dog Daycare Services

Evaluation and Meet-and-Greet Session

The safety of our Pinnacle Pawtential pack is a priority. Thus, all prospective pack members are required to be evaluated by our team. This evaluation is to be certain proper behaviors are exhibited. Further, a meet-and-greet with our current pack members is conducted to be certain appropriate socialization skills are exhibited.

Single Day - Daycare

Full day of supervised daycare for a member of the canine pack. Pinnacle Pawtential Team Members provide a safe, caring and stimulation environment for the canine pack members.

Five (5) Day Package - Daycare

Five (5) full days of supervised daycare for members of the canine pack.

This package includes a discount of 2%. Package must be used within six (6) months of purchase and are non-refundable.

Ten (10) Day Package - Daycare

Ten (10) full days of supervised daycare for members of the canine pack.
This package includes a discount of 5%.

Package must be used within six (6) months of purchase and are non-refundable.

Twenty (20) Day Package - Daycare

Boarding Services

Pinnacle Pawtential provides your dog with a safe, comfortable, and engaging home-away-from-home.

First Dog - Boarding - Per Day

Single day boarding for your canine family member. Includes overnight accommodations, as well as participation with the daycare pack members.

Second Dog - Boarding - Per Day

Concierge Services

Daycare One-On-One Time

Twenty (20) minutes of special attention from one of our Pinnacle Pawtential Team Members. This may include cuddle time, treat time, and/or play time.

Boarding One-On-One Time

Twenty (20) minutes of special attention from one of our Pinnacle Pawtential Team Members. This may include, cuddle time, treat time, and/or play time.

Treatastic' Time

Special treat for your pack member and ten (10) minutes of special attention from one of our Pinnacle Pawtential Team Members.

Concierge Services add to the experience for your canine pack member. Debit/Credit card fee shall be applied accordingly.

Facility Rental - Per Hour

Birthday parties, training seminars, gatherings ...

A booking reservation fee of $75 is required at the time of grooming reservations. This fee shall be applied to the facility rental invoice for the date/service selected at time of reservation. This fee is non-transferable and non-refundable. Upon renting the facility, instructions relative to proper conduct, as well as cleanup expectations, shall be provided. In the event the cleanup expectations are not satisfied, $500 cleaning fee shall be added. Debit/Credit card fee shall be applied accordingly.

A booking reservation fee of $75 is required at the time of grooming reservations. This fee shall be applied to the grooming invoice for the date/service selected at time of reservation. This fee is non-transferable and non-refundable. Debit/Credit card fee shall be applied accordingly.

Policy

Daycare services cancelled within twenty-four (24) hours shall be charged for the daycare service. A booking reservation deposit of $100 is required at the time of boarding reservations. This deposit shall be applied to the boarding invoice for the dates selected at time of reservation. This deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable. Boarding services cancelled within seventy-two (72) hours of reservation date shall be responsible for boarding deposit in-full. Debit/Credit card fee shall be applied accordingly.
